Below is a checklist of items that will ensure the best audience experience for Alex’s program:
- Please provide laptop and screen to display Alex’s powerpoint pictures he will utilize during his presentation.
- Please provide a clicker that Alex can use to advance slides.
- Please provide a podium, music stand, or platform for Alex to use for props during his speech.
- Please provide a lavalier or handheld microphone for Alex to use during his presentation.
- Alex engages with the crowd during his presentations. Please try to fill the seats in the front of the room if possible for audience engagement.
